    Complaint: We agreed i would loan him 400k on Sept 2 and he'd pay
    500k on oct 2... he still hasn't payed despite me having set up a sign and
    when i tried to msg him in game he just logged off

    Seeing as how the sign was created on the 10-05 3days ago and Nelsin has had 6 extra days in total to come forward with this money he will be banned until such a time that he can adequately explain his lack of payment and put forward a solution to meet his contract obligations.
