Created a forum account, went in-game and typed /register. It said "You have created a forum account. Thank you for registering." But it did not deposit 5the $5000 to my bank balance, nor active balance =/
So, this system normally does not have any problems at all. I have looked at the register bonuses for newly-joined users for the past few days and have seen they are getting their 5k and are able to withdraw it to the servers. Normally if you don't get the bonus it means the system recognizes that your account has already claimed the bonus. I looked into your previous names and it looks like your still have a forum account under a previous username AnakarrWPGN, indicating this account has played ECC before. I'm gonna hazard that your account has used /register in the past and therefore you are unable to claim it again.
That was an old account yes, but I made a brand new one, this one. I dont even remember the last time I would have been on, or long I played for. Its not an issue, just thought it may have been malfunctioning was all
