IGN: @Gmoneyman118 Users Involved in this Contract: @Ragoi__ General Purpose of Contract: Apartment Rent I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to provide @Ragoi__ a standard apartment domicile of his choice at my apartment in exchange for his agreement to give me what is required below. $350 a week while in use of this apartment domicile. He may quit use of the apartment domicile at any time but may not cancel within 2 weeks of signing and agreeing to this contract. If he does cancel early then he will pay the remaining rent of the 2 mandatory weeks. Example: He cancels on the first day of week 2 meaning he must pay all of week 2's rent because it was a mandatory week. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Ragoi__ must provide $350 a week while in use of this apartment domicile. I'd like to have it in my "back pocket" per say but he has payed 2 weeks rent and is staying there under what seems to be a stable agreement. If he griefs or breaks rules it's my house and I can evict him.
After reviewing what it's used for I guess I don't need it. Instead I will use basic rules like no grief if problems occur
