General Purpose of Contract:
Apartment Rent

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to provide @Ragoi__ a standard apartment domicile of his choice at my apartment in exchange for his agreement to give me what is required below. $350 a week while in use of this apartment domicile. He may quit use of the apartment domicile at any time but may not cancel within 2 weeks of signing and agreeing to this contract. If he does cancel early then he will pay the remaining rent of the 2 mandatory weeks. Example: He cancels on the first day of week 2 meaning he must pay all of week 2's rent because it was a mandatory week.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Ragoi__ must provide $350 a week while in use of this apartment domicile. Disclaimer: you may be evicted at any time for anything just like the rules of evicting for mayors.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. Isn't his in game name good enough(in evidence terms not for being complete) because it already said Ragoi__

 

I'd like to have it in my "back pocket" per say but he has payed 2 weeks rent and is staying there under what seems to be a stable agreement. If he griefs or breaks rules it's my house and I can evict him.

 

After reviewing what it's used for I guess I don't need it. Instead I will use basic rules like no grief if problems occur
