So I have finally decided to start allowing people in to my 9 layer 200x200 pumpkin farm with another layer 25% complete. My farm has finally grown in and there are enough layers to start considering rentals and possible sales of lifetime access. Currently there are just short of 140,000 pumpkins when fully grown to farm. I will be selling off access in a somewhat limited manner. What this means is I hope to keep people in the farm while at the same time not letting it get over farmed as much as possible. The planned future of the farm will be to increase it overall size to over 30 plus layers, this is to be done over the next few months. It will include a minimum of 20 layers of pumpkins then melons and wheat for 10 layers, maybe a sugarcane layer or two as well. We have a portal access which is a 5 second walk to the entrance to the farm, The portal is on the 17th floor red line named swampistan Currently I plan to limit the players to around 4-8 people. This includes life time access and rental players together. Limit will increase as the farm increases. -1 Hour rental is 2.5k (Subject to either myself or my co mayor being online for the required time) -1 Day rental is 15k -1 Week rental is 60 k -1 Month rental is 200k Life time access will vary as the farm fills up. Currently I will be selling of one lifetime access for a flat amount and a second I will auction off possibly then over the next week or so I may sell of more if they go well. Currently I am selling 2 times lifetime access for $300,000 this is a on time off the next lifetime access price will either be same or higher depending on interest and farm size increase. Currently 3 Lifetime access sold 5 to go. To arrange a rental either pm myself Slacker965 or Mikelefebvre Now I know people may not have 200k plus in a balance or else they probably would not be farming. I will allow totally on my discretion a payment plan where I will make a sign that you will be require to pay X amount a day or week to maintain your access. Failure to pay such an amount on time will result in access be removed and no refund issued. Mayors + will likely have no issue setting up a system like this below mayor please contact me first if this is an option you are considering. Now I believe some people with think the prices are high well they may be, however there are 9 layers at any given time you will easily be able to earn you money for the rental back and then some with little difficulty. I spent a while to test a few axes out and see what the per hour gain would be. I have posted them below so you may see if the rental you are looking for is worth it for the amount of time you plan to form. ******Please note that these numbers are based on a row being 90% or more filled, and that you maintain your speed for the hour. No Griefing should be straight forward but there I said it. 2. To maintain a high quality farm please replace the broken (block, stem, or glowstone) failure to do so may result in a kick if the damage is extensive enough. 3. Failure to pay a debt on the planned schedule will result in a kick from the town and permissions removed with no refund.
