REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have ExtCommandsPlus (or know how to safely conduct enchanted repair transactions.)
- Be ranked mayor+ in-game.
- Have at least one year of experience on the server.
- Have relatively clean record.

REGULATIONS:
- A $2,200,000 replacement fee will be administered in the event that the melon sword is broken/ cannot be
returned.
