You can just use the [ QUOTE ] tags without an original post and manipulate it as you wish... but framing others falls under "Common sense & Bending the rules" and is thus illegal.
Just an FYI, If I catch this being done here there will be consequences. In no way should anyone be framed so that others believe one has said something they haven't.
