General Purpose of Contract:

To facilitate the creation of the town of sunsetcity3 through the user @coolnotch35 , and then to transfer the ownership of the 200x178 town of sunsetcity3 in the world of Rising from the permanent ownership of the user @coolnotch35 to the permanent ownership of @a_man21.



I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:


I, @a_man21 , will do as I see fit with the town. This includes adding users as 'owners' and 'members', selling the town, or doing whatever I so decide with it.


As payment, I will give @coolnotch35 $100,000 ECD within 24 hours of the approval of this contract. @coolnotch35 must be online for the payment to occur. If @coolnotch35 does not log in within 24 hours of the contract's approval to receive payment, this contract will be voided.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:


1. I, @coolnotch35 , agree to add the user '@a_man21' as owner to the town of TOWN (doing /rg ao sunsetcity3 a_man21) and to remove myself (@coolnotch35) within 24 hours of the the acceptance of my mayor application. Upon adding him to the town, he shall now be the 'owner', and may do as he sees fit with the town, including transfer it to him original ownership or claim it.


2. I agree that this contract may act as a proper contract for the transfer of ownership through the server's Town-Transfer system.


3. I will use $85,000 out of the aforementioned$100,000 the user @a_man21 gives me solely for my mayor application so that the town of 'sunsetcity3' can be created and will apply within 12 hours of receiving the $100,000.

4. If for any reason my mayor application that is being created as a result of this contract for the town of 'sunsetcity3' is denied, I will return the full $100,000 to @a_man21 within 24 hours of the denial of the mayor application, and this contract will be voided.


5. I, @coolnotch35, will use the information in the following spoiler in the Mayor Application form to be filed within 24 hours of the approval of this contract:

And if any additional towns are created within 15 blocks before this Mayor application is accepted @coolnotch35 will properly list them on the application as well.

6. @coolnotch35 agrees to never reclaim the town from @a_man21 at any point in the future.

7. Should any player apply to have a town placed within 15 blocks of the town of sunsetcity3 and require approval from me, @coolnotch35 , I will ask @a_man21 for his permission to allow the town to be placed. I will neither agree nor disagree to the placement of any town without consulting @a_man21 first. Should @a_man21 allow the town to be placed, I will reply to the appropriate mayor application and allow placement of the town. If @a_man21 does not allow placement of the town, I will reply to the appropriate mayor application and deny permission to place the town.

8. @coolnotch35 agrees to put in future applications concerning the town "sunsetcity3" as long as @a_man21 provides funds to do so, this includes but is not limited to town warp applications, town flag apps, etc.

9. @coolnotch35 agrees that this contract will also act as the official required contract needed for a town transfer.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
