Hey guys, before I can approve this contract there are a few things that need to be fixed.

@webman11123 you need to tag every username when it is mentioned. All pronouns (I, he, me) will also need to tag the user implied. Also, 'a long while' needs to be a concrete number of days. Neglect needs to be defined as well (if he griefed, ect.). I also need you to clarify what other situations would require you to remove him as a co-mayor.

I need the coords of the sign in order to approve this contract.

I was also a bit confused about the '2 weeks to complete his payments, starting once he pays the 20k down payment and ends 7 days later' part. Could you please clarify whether he has two weeks or one week to complete the payment?

@webman11123 in order to explicitly state who exactly is doing what I need you to tag all mentions of any user. Instead of putting 'I will' I need you to put ' @webman11123 will' and instead of putting 'he will' I need you to put ' @Mr_Heatmiser will'. Every time a user is mentioned (even if it is yourself) you need to tag it. This is to avoid any confusion that might occur if this contract is approved.

I also see that you did not change 'neglect'. If I could get you to include what you define as 'neglect' to his duties in the contract we could avoid instances in the future where there might be some confusion.

In order to approve payment via trade sign, I NEED you to post the coords of the trade sign as well.

@webman11123 if the coords of the trade sign @Mr_Heatmiser is supposed to provide the 50k payment are not posted within 24 hours of this post, I will have to deny this contract. I've asked you to do it before, and it is essential to the acceptance of this contract. Without clear coordinates I am unable to approve it.

@webman11123 Can you please change the 'down payment' to a defined time limit? (within 24 hours, ect.) This is suggested because you were not online at the time to receive the payment.

 

Okay. @webman11123 could you change the contract acordingly : Instead of saying 'down payment' put something to the effect of 'within 24 hours' or 'within two days of this contract being approved'. This way there is a little leway if you guys aren't on at the same time when the contract is approved.

@Mr_Heatmiser if @webman11123 alters the contract as suggest you will have to re-agree to the terms stated.

 

@webman11123 are you sure you edited it? There is still one part that says 'down payment'. Once you have changed that to a specific time limit, and @Mr_Heatmiser has re-agreed, everything should be good!
