I have recently joined back into ECC and have began work on my town. Currently I have the dirt work done and I am opening up the town for anyone who wants a good investment. I am selling lifetime perms to my 200x200 under construction farm Town for 1,000 Economy dollars. Within atleast a month you can expect one level of cocoa to be up and ready to farm. While others charge 9,000 to have access to their farms, I'm merely charging 1k investment for lifetime use of a future farm.
