The clearing aspect would be you clearing my town 'heaven5' to Y=64 meaning the whole town flattened. The demolition job would mean taking down all the houses in paragon, making the whole region flat so I can start over.

how much would it cost for 3-4 towns all next to each other? also the towns are quite dense with buildings and im wondering if the render would cover all of that if u wanna see them do /warp epicure.
