General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of a Melon Sword EFF5. ST, UNBREAKING3, ID Number: #IPX7DSWD on a payment plan.
I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I @DiamondDesire agrees to give @TomKFC my Melon Sword within 24 hours of this contracts approval.
• I @DiamondDesire also agrees to transfer ownership of this melon sword once the payment plan has finished and fully paid off within 48 hours of @TomKFC informing @DiamondDesire of the final payment being paid (With Screenshot) In a forum mail.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @TomKFC agrees to pay 200k upfront within 12 hours of this contracts approval.
• @TomKFC agrees to pay 250k every Saturday for the next 4 weeks totaling to 1mil (Plus 200k upfront would give a total of 1.2mil)
• @TomKFC is not allowed to resell or rent the sword until the sword has been paid off and /owned to him.
• @TomKFC agrees that if he looses or breaks the sword at any point during the payment plan, he will continue on the plan that has been scheduled and inform @DiamondDesire
• If @TomKFC wishes to end the payment plan, he must return the star tool and any payments that have been made will be not refunded and the rest of the payment plan will end.

Payment Due Dates:

2nd July 2016 - 250k
9th July 2016 - 250k
16th July 2016 - 250k
23rd July 2016 - 250k

Payments are every Saturday and must be paid on the Saturday by 11:59pm GMT.
