General Purpose of Contract:
Ensure the safety of the rental of @Sheep_mage Melon Sword id# IAOV37TR to @FFAJdubStompCats

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @Sheep_mage agree to lend a Melon Sword id# IAOV37TR to @FFAJdubStompCats for 72/hrs from this contract being signed and approved.
I @Sheep_mage agree to give @FFAJdubStompCats the melon sword within 10 minutes from this contract being signed and after the $90,000 ecd payment has been received.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

I @FFAJdubStompCats agree to give @Sheep_mage 90k within 10 minutes from the moment the contract is approved.
I @FFAJdubStompCats agrees to return the melon sword 72/hrs from the moment I receive it at a modified chest in /warp station23 (11243, 63, 11409 in rising)
I @FFAJdubStompCats agrees that if the melon sword is broken/lost he'll owe @Sheep_mage 1.1mil ecd or a new melon sword+100k ecd to be paid within 2 months of the breach of this contract.
I @FFAJdubStompCats agrees that if I am 1 or more days late returning the melon sword I will owe @Sheep_mage 40k per day on top of the rental fee. After 3 days a complaint will be filed.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
