IGN: @subxplorer Users Involved in this Contract: @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey & @StingyPvP General Purpose of Contract: To ensure the safe sale of an Eff7 sale over 6 weeks I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @subxplorer will give @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey & @StingyPvP my eff7 pickaxe, (Eff7 unbreak 3 silk touch 1) with Item ID # IMCMZIM6 within 1 hour after the contract is approved and the down payment of 20K is received. I also agree not to remove any payments from the signs until that week is paid in full. I will remain as the owner of the Eff7 with item ID # IMCMZIM6 until the entire payment plan has been paid off. I will transfer the ownership of the eff7 pick with item ID # IMCMZIM6 to whichever user pays for the majority of the Eff7. To aid in determining ownership separate payments signs will be set up for both @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey and @StingyPvP in Legacy at (x -8016, y 67, z -3879). If both @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey & @StingyPvP pay equally than ownership will be transferred to @StingyPvP, since this user is providing the down payment. I will transfer ownership within 48 hours of the complete $1,100,000 payment plan being paid off. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @StingyPvP will pay $20k upfront (within 1 hour of this contract being approved). @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey & @StingyPvP will together pay 6 weekly payments of 180k (90K per user) to Trade Signs set out in Legacy at (x -8016, y 67, z -3879). The payments are due on the dates outlined below: Week 1 - 180k - 4/4/2016 Week 2 - 180k - 4/11/2016 Week 3 - 180k - 4/18/2016 Week 4 - 180k - 4/25/2016 Week 5 - 180k - 5/2/2016 Week 6 - 180k - 5/9/2016 @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey & @StingyPvP will not rent, sell, or transfer this pickaxe to anyone else until the full amount has been paid off If @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey or @StingyPvP loses/breaks the eff7, they will continue to pay off the full payment plan. If either @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey or @StingyPvP fails to make their payments or is banned than the other user will be responsible to continue to pay off the full payment plan in the contracted time. If any payment is late a fee of 5K a day will be paid into a Trade Sign marked "late payment" located in Legacy at (x -8016, y 67, z -3879). Once a payment is more than 5 days late, a complaint will be filed and @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey & @StingyPvP will have to give the Eff7 with item ID # IMCMZIM6 back to @subxplorer without any refunds. @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey & @StingyPvP agree that if any agreements above have been broken, they will have to return the eff7 with item ID # IMCMZIM6 back to @subxplorer without any refunds. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I agree to all terms but one - "I will transfer the ownership of the eff7 pick with item ID # IMCMZIM6 to @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey within 48 hours of the $1,100,000 payment plan been paid off." I would like the rule to state whichever player pays for the majority of the pickaxe that the owner ship would be put in there name. I don't want to pay 800k into an asset I'm sharing to have it taken from me in some silly shenanigans. If this is applicable to you the seller @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey I would like that to be restated. @subxplorer @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey
Alright so after discussing this with several other staff members, this is what we will need to have changed: Add this but the ONLY way it can be added is if @Blazeeeeeeeeeeey and @StingyPvP each have separate payment signs, otherwise there is no way to tell who has truly made there payments or paid more or not. If one player doesn't uphold their end or gets banned, then the other player has full rights to the Eff7. So if one player pays 100k but then gets banned and loses his right to the tool, upon appealing, they would still owe the remaining amount (in this case 450k still remaining for half)
