IGN: @TimmyChoi Users Involved in this Contract: @Jmillertime General Purpose of Contract: Safe sale of Star Pickaxe on 10 week payment plan. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @TimmyChoi will provide @Jmillertime a star pickaxe (eff7 , unb3, silk1 diamond pickaxe) as soon as the contract is approved with a mod as a middleman and as soon as @Jmillertime pays me $125,000. The pick I, @TimmyChoi ,will provide to @Jmillertime has the item ID of #19AB0GL1 and I will remove ownership to the pick once the upfront payment has been receieved. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Jmillertime will pay me, @TimmyChoi $125,000 within 24hrs of the contract approved. @Jmillertime will pay me, @TimmyChoi $975,000 over 10 weeks (70 days) via signs at an agreed sethome at the co-ords ( x: -13726, y: 63 , z: -10657 Rising World (Located in the town "Destined")). @Jmillertime must pay a minimum of $100,000/week to the signs located at the agreed sethome mentioned above. By 70 days he must pay the 975k owed to the signs. However, if @Jmillertime fails to pay the full amount of $1,100,000 by 70 days, he will face charges of $10,000/day for one week from the 4th of January 2016 to the 11th of January 2016. The date @Jmillertime has to pay by is the 4th of January 2016. If he fails to pay by the date, late fees will be put into action. If @Jmillertime wishes to return the pickaxe and void the contract, he must pay a cancellation fee of 200k and return the pickaxe at least 21 days before the contract is due. Additional Info: @Bashdash100 will middleman the transaction of the upfront payment + eff7 transfer. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree.

Hello @TimmyChoi Before I can successfully handle this contract there is a couple of changes they need by be edited in. Once these changes are successful, @Jmillertime can resign and I can approve the contract. Also as you know, I will be working as the middleman in this contract. 1) I need the item ID # of the eff 7. 2) This isn't a must but I would suggest giving @Jmillertime possibly 24 hours to pay the money incase he isn't online when the contract is approved.
