IGN: @ThatKidArshi Users Involved in this Contract: @MinecraftParkerH General Purpose of Contract: Safe sale of an Eff10 Star Axe on payment plan I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to give @MinecraftParkerH an Eff10 axe within 24 hours of this contract being approved, (ID: #II148P5K) through a chest located in Sidville. I agree to transfer ownership of the Eff10 axe within 24 hours of this contract being approved(ID: #II148P5K) to @MinecraftParkerH. I, @ThatKidArshi, will have /own'd the eff10 axe until he has successfully paid it off (ID:#II148P5K) I also agree to give @MinecraftParkerH up to 2 week extra, after the date of the last payment (April 11th), in case he cannot come up with the required funds, however there will be late fees of 12.5k/day. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @MinecraftParkerH agrees to pay me, @ThatKidArshi, 150k ECD upfront within 24 hours of this contract being approved, and 187.5k ECD per week for 4 weeks, totaling 900k ECD. Payment #1 will be paid April 4th Payment #2 will be paid April 11th Payment #3 will be paid April 18th Payment #4 will be paid April 25th 2 extra week will be given in case @MinecraftParkerH cannot make these funds in time. @MinecraftParkerH must pay late fees of 12k.5/day for every day he uses in the additional week given. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
