General Purpose of Contract:
Saftey of @luccowarleo giving @DiamondDesire a loan of 1 million ECD for a 1.2mil payback within 8 weeks.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @DiamondDesire agree to payback a total of 1,200.000 ECD for a 1,000,000 loan in 8 weekly payments of 150k per week.

I, @DiamondDesire agree to pay at the 8 signs located at; Kish in rising, x: -541, y: 74, z: 2017. The signs are 1000 ECD per click. (All trade signs are owed by @luccowarleo

Dates are as follows;
06/06/16 - 150k
13/06/16 - 150k
20/06/16 - 150k
27/06/16 - 150k
04/07/16 - 150k
11/07/16 - 150k
18/07/16 - 150k
25/07/16 - 150k

Payments are every Mondays but can be paid early if @DiamondDesire wishes too.

I, @DiamondDesire agree to pay late fees if I have not paid all of this by 25/07/16, I will be given a week period by @luccowarleo to pay whatever is remaining however a 10k/late day will be added. If all remaining plus late fees is not paid back by 01/08/16. @luccowarleo can file a complaint for breach of contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@luccowarleo agrees to pay me a total of 1,000,000 ECD within 24 hours of this contract approval.

@luccowarleo agrees not to remove any money from the signs (located at; Kish in rising, x: -541, y: 74, z: 2017.) until the full weekly payment of 150k has been paid.

@luccowarleo agrees to give @DiamondDesire a week late period at the end of the weekly payments if anything is remaining at this time for a chance to pay back the loan before filing a complaint.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
