This is more a forum suggestion.
I hate looking at the forum and see that it has over 100 pages of for sale and looking for job topics and you only look at the first page anyways even if people are looking for workers for a longer period of time.
    The Category is here: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/forums/for-sale-wanted-feedback-job-offers.8/

Is there some way that you can:

Lock and move completed sales/ended job offers to a Sale Archive
After 2 week inactivity on your topic, it gets locked and moved to a Sale Archive

It just has to be a sub-forum and read only if possible because no one will be replying to the topics because they are dead or completed.
This would encourage people to post topics and job offer in this section and keep up on it, if they need people still, then they can continue to bump there topic (Once every 48 hours or something)

I just think it would be a lot more organised and would be quite a good place to direct new builders if they are in need of work.

    Look forward to your responses.

Threads that receive posts get bumped to the top of the forums. Therefore threads that don't get posts and are thereby "archived" to put it into your words slowly make it back off the pages never to be seen again. This just seems like more work for mods. Sorry

The problem with the system now is that the maker of the topic might have had his job finished but will probably not come back to his topic.
This means people looking through the topics will bump a advert as they want to help and infact the job has been done months ago or nobody actually knows if its done of not.
    Example: http://ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/looking-for-farm-workers.99441/#post-527185

This isnt just the only one either. I have no complaint about people replying t that thread because the starter of the topic hasnt said its been completed or finished, but he hasnt kept up on his topic either, so veryone is in the dark...and that can be annoying for builders and residents waiting on that thinking they have a potential job when they dont...
