General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure the safety of an eff10 Star axe sale over 7 weeks

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @Fazeeeeeeeeeeeey will give @DrowningInPizza my eff10 axe, (Eff10 unbreak 3 silk touch 1) with Item ID #I9M6YX7Y within 1 hour after the contract is approved. I also agree not to remove any payments from the signs until that week is paid in full.

I will remain as the owner of the eff10 with item id #I9M6YX7Y until the entire payment plan has been paid off.

I will transfer the ownership of the eff10 axe with item id #I9M6YX7Y to @DrowningInPizza within 48 hours of the 1mil payment plan been paid off

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@DrowningInPizza will pay a total of 1 million ecodollars in 7 weekly payments as set out at /warp underland. (x-10697, y75, z 6527)


@DrowningInPizza will pay 150k ECD for 6 weeks and 100k for week 7 for the dates below:
Week 1: Feb 28, 2016
Week 2: March 6, 2016
Week 3: March 13, 2016
Week 4: March 20, 2016
Week 5: March 27, 2016
Week 6: April 3, 2016
Week 7: April 10, 2016


If @DrowningInPizza loses/breaks the eff10, she will continue to pay off the full payment plan.

If any payments are late, there will be a late sign of 7k per day to be paid off for 10 days until a complaint is filed. After the 10 days,@DrowningInPizza will have to give the eff10 with item id #I9M6YX7Y back to @Fazeeeeeeeeeeeey without any refunds. If the eff10 axe is refunded, the rest of the debt shall be cleared, not to be paid.

@DrowningInPizza agrees that if any agreements above have been broken, she will have to return the eff10 with item id #I9M6YX7Y back to @Fazeeeeeeeeeeeey without any refunds.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
