General Purpose of Contract:

Sale of the MSWORD (#K2Y16WKQ) from @Daconian to @HelenDKN
in exchange for $2,100,000 ECD total.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• @Daconian ensures to transfer the ownership of the MSWORD (#K2Y16WKQ) once the full payment of $2,100,000 ECD has been paid by @HelenDKN in the 9 week time period.
• If ANY two weeks of payments are late or not paid, @Daconian may reclaim the MSWORD (#JQ5JOR10) with no refund and file a complaint for breach of contract where necessary punishment will be up to the discretion of Staff. (All deadlines are listed below)

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @HelenDKN agrees to transfer $2,100,000 ECD with an unfront payment of $300,000 ECD on a payment plan to @Daconian within 9 weeks of this contract's approval at a chest shop located at x: 88, y:63, z: -9470 (/warp moo located in a building directly left of warp point) where it will be setup in 9 increments of $200,000 ECD.@helenDKN also agrees that if the tool is lost or broken the user agrees that they will still pay the full amount due.

    • Week 1 (4/19/2020): $200,000 ECD
  • • Week 2 (4/26/2020): $200,000 ECD
  • • Week 3 (5/03/2020): $200,000 ECD
  • • Week 4 (5/10/2020): $200,000 ECD
  • • Week 5 (5/17/2020): $200,000 ECD
  • • Week 6 (5/24/2020): $200,000 ECD
  • • Week 7 (5/31/2020): $200,000 ECD
  • • Week 8 (6/07/2020): $200,000 ECD
  • • Week 9 (6/14/2020): $200,000 ECD
• @HelenDKN agrees that if any two weeks of payments are not made or late, that @Daconian may reclaim the MSWORD with no refund and file a complaint for breach of contract where necessary punishment will be up to the discretion of Staff.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
