General Purpose of Contract:
Change of contract / Agreement for broken eff7.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to give @FFAJdubStompCats 17 weeks to pay off the outstanding debt.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@FFAJdubStompCats agrees to pay for the lost eff7 that was on a payment plan that he did not pay for. The remaining amount was 1.225mil but will now 1.275mil [50k added for the extra weeks]

@FFAJdubStompCats agrees that if a payment is going to be late or he is unable to pay for any reason to let me know 2-3 days before the payment is due as well as if he has made a payment to /mail @DiamondDesire

if @FFAJdubStompCats is unable to pay 2 weeks in a row of payments for the Broken EFF7 payments without reason, A complaint will be filed and the user can be banned.


The dates will now be as followed:
75k per week.

This is also clarification that the EFF7 is lost and that @FFAJdubStompCats now has to repay the remaining of the debt.

If @FFAJdubStompCats is late he will be given a week after the date of 16th June 2016 [Till 23rd June 2016] to pay off the remaining debt plus late fees. Each late fee is 10k per day.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
