IGN: @_Sharpy Users Involved in this Contract: @destroyer2441 General Purpose of Contract: Selling an elytra on payment plan to @destroyer2441 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @_Sharpy will agree to give @destroyer2441 an elytra /owned to _Sharpy with the following id of #IVE6H7SR @_Sharpy will agree to place the elytra in a chest with the cords of x: 38 y: 64 z: 76 at /warp l11 in Legacy within 24 hours of the contract being accepted. @_Sharpy agree to /own @destroyer2441 to the elytra within 24 hours of the payment plan being fully paid off. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @destroyer2441 will agree to pay @_Sharpy a total of $200,000 ECD for an elytra (see /own ID above), paying $100,000 ECD upfront within 24 hours of this contract's approval and another $100,000 ECD by 11:59pm EST - 27th of November 2016 @destroyer2441 agrees to pay the $100,000 ECD payment plan via a trade sign at /warp l11 (X: 43, Y: 64, Z: 80, in Legacy). @destroyer2441 agrees that if the payments are not made by the deadline (11:59pm - 27/11/16), he must give @_Sharpy the elytra (see /own ID above) back within 24 hours. If however, @destroyer2441 fails to give back the elytra, _Sharpy may request an SA to attempt to retrieve it. Failing to retrieve back an elytra, @_Sharpy will have no choice to file a complaint. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I, @_Sharpy, agree.
