General Purpose of Contract:

The sale of @HighLuna 's Eff7 pickaxe #K18OBF5O to @ArthurAquaman


I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I will give @ArthurAquaman access to the Eff 7 #K18OBF5O on the date 10/3/19.
• I will transfer ownership of the Eff7 #K18OBF5O to @ArthurAquaman within 24 hours after receiving the full sum of 2,500,000 ECD (10 weekly payments of 250k per week) plus any late fees.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @ArthurAquaman will make 10 weekly payments of 250,000 ECD to @HighLuna with the first payment due on 10/11/19 Each following payment will be due exactly 7 days after that date. The following is the full payment schedule
  1: 10/11/19
  2: 10/18/19
  3: 10/25/19
  4: 11/1/19
  5: 11/8/19
  6: 11/15/19
  7: 11/22/19
  8: 11/29/19
  9: 12/6/19
  10: 12/13/19
• If @ArthurAquaman misses any of the weekly payments, a late fee of 15k ECD will be added for each missed payment.
• If the full payment including late fees is not received by 12/13/19, @ArthurAquaman agrees to pay an additional late fee of 75k ECD.
• If the full payment including ALL late fees is not made by 12/27/19 @HighLuna may reclaim the eff7 #K18OBF5O and file a complaint for breach of contract.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
