General Purpose of Contract:
This contract shall govern the sale of the eff7 pickaxe ( #IN5LD9YM ) from @LJKAzrael to @Imabankthing for $1,300,000 to be paid over thirteen $100,000 payments.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @LJKAzrael , will give @Imabankthing the eff7 pickaxe ( #IN5LD9YM ) within 24 hours of the contract being approved.

I, @LJKAzrael , may repossess the eff7 pickaxe ( #IN5LD9YM ) if @Imabankthing is over two weeks late on a payment.

I, @LJKAzrael , will transfer the /own to @Imabankthing within 24 hours of receiving full payment of the $1,300,000 and any applicable late fees.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Imabankthing will pay $100,000 each week for 13 weeks for a total of $1,300,000 for ownership of the eff7 pickaxe ( #IN5LD9YM ). These payments will be made to the sign at /warp metropolis. (x -999 y 63 z -1794 Legacy)

@Imabankthing will pay a late fee of $3000 per day late up to a maximum of one week, per late payment. These payments will be made to the sign at /warp metropolis.

@Imabankthing acknowledges that if he is over two weeks late on a payment, @LJKAzrael may repossess the eff7 pickaxe ( #IN5LD9YM ) and no refund shall be given.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
