General Purpose of Contract:

The sale of @bmanvman melon sword on payment plan to @Xeklar

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I @bmanvman will sell my melon sword #J3M4ZW04 on a payment plan to @Xeklar
• I @bmanvman will still have /own of the tool until the full 1.3 million ecd is paid off.
• I @bmanvman will transfer ownership of my melon sword #J3M4ZW04 to @Xeklar within 24 hours of the 1.3 million ecd being paid off.
• I @bmanvman will set up a sign of 150k/week for 8 weeks at -749 62 -8423 in legacy

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @Xeklar will pay @bmanvman a downpayment of 100k within 24 hours of contract being accepted.
• @Xeklar will pay 150k to the sign at -749 62 -8423 every week starting september 11th, 12 am est until the 1.3 mil is paid off.
• @Xeklar agrees that failure to complete the payment may result in a complaint for scamming.
• If @Xeklar breaks the melon sword all other payments will stop and he will owe @bmanvman either a new melon sword or 1.1 mil by November 6th 2017 12 am est.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
