General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of @frenchhornplayer's Melon Sword #JRYNAEQU to @DAG_ANUBIS

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• Once this debt is paid @frenchhornplayer will give ownership of #JRYNAEQU to @DAG_ANUBIS.
• I will also provide a chest at /warp toaster for @DAG_ANUBIS to pay 3 payments of 600,000.
• These payments are due on August 30th @11:59 PM EST, Second payment is due on September 6th @ 11:59PM EST, and the final payment is due on September 13th @ 11:59PM EST.
• If the full payment is not received by September 20th @ 11:59PM EST the Melon Sword Will be repossess and no money paid returned.
• I will transfer ownership of the tool #JRYNAEQU to @DAG_ANUBIS immediately after receiving the full payment of 2,300,000.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• @DAG_ANUBIS will transfer 500,000 ECD to @frenchhornplayer within 24 hours of this contract's approval as a down payment
  
• @DAG_ANUBIS also agrees that all payments will be on time.
• @DAG_ANUBIS Agrees that if the tool is broken this contract still stands as money will be due.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
