General Purpose of Contract:
Alteration of previous contract:https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/melon-sword-payment-plan-georgiamc.145060/#post-798591.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @DiamondDesire agree to un own the melon sword (ID: #ICW6W0T9) that @GeorgiaMC is currently paying off, within 24 hours of this contract approval.
@GeorgiaMC will provide an eff7 (ID: #IKZT1Y06) within 24 hours of the melon sword being un owned for me to /own.
@GeorgiaMC will continue to pay her debt off for the melon sword until all the payments are complete (5 weeks completed, 10 payments remaining)
Once @GeorgiaMC has paid all 15 weeks including any late fees that have been added (Details on late fees are specified on the previous contract) I will /own the pickaxe to @GeorgiaMC.
@DiamondDesire agrees to give back the EFF7 to @GeorgiaMC after @DiamondDesire has owned it so that she can use it until the payment plan is over and the amount has been paid plus late fees and then @GeorgiaMC Will be /owned.


The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@GeorgiaMC agrees to provide me with an eff7 pickaxe that I can /own within 24 hours of the melon sword being un owned.
@GeorgiaMC will continue to pay off the debt for the melon sword until the outstanding 10 payments are completed. (Details regarding the weekly payments and due dates are specified in the original contract, and still apply.)


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
