General Purpose of Contract:
The sale of Station 21

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @a_man21 will pay @megacuber $1,000,000 ECD within 24 hours of the approval of the shop transfer application by @megacuber . @a_man21 will pay @megacuber the $1,000,000 ECD directly to @megacuber in game using the command "/pay megacuber 1000000", or to the trade signs located in shop2, at the coordinates -17 5 -60 in rising in the event that @megacuber is not in game when @a_man21 would like to pay. @a_man21 will only pay using one of the two aforementioned ways of payment, he will not use both "/pay megacuber 1000000" and the trade signs.

@a_man21 agrees that in the event that @megacuber 's shop transfer application for station21 to be transferred to @a_man21 is denied for any reason, this contract will be void, and no payment will be sent.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@megacuber will create a shop transfer application (and pay for 4 weeks of rent) to transfer shop ownership of station 21 to @a_man21 within 24 hours of the approval of this contract.

@megacuber agrees that in the event that his shop transfer application to transfer ownership of station21 to @a_man21 is denied for any reason, this contract will be void, and no payment will be received.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
