• @Baseball_Boy05 will permanently lose both owner and member status of the town immediately after adding the new owner; @DCxCyBeR will become the new owner.

• @Baseball_Boy05 is the Official Owner and gives his permission for this contract to be used as evidence in a Town Transfer.

• @DCxCyBeR will transfer 400,000 ECD to @GoProDojoTM within 24 hours of this contract being approved.
• @Baseball_Boy05 agrees @GoProDojoTM is to be the recipient of the payment for this town sale.
