Details~
~ The next tier will be charged if the user decides to rank up. First week charges is only one time, therefore will not be charged again.
~ Builders MUST use Trade signs provided to sell crops (30% cut back to the town).
~ Rent will be collected on a Sunday of the month, users are expected to pay before, or they will receive a 3 day warning before removal from town.
~ All ceilings, floors or walls may not be altered.
~ If user wants additional features, they are to message Decin or nobodyrandom
~ If any dispute arrises, the town mayors are reserved the rights to make the final decision.
