Sanctuary shall be a very upscale builder town.
All plots will be 15x15.

Angiris will be a market town.

Market plots will be 3k per week.
You may pay up to 1 month in advance (12k) however if plot is not updated regularly for people to buy / sell it will be forfeited and up for sale to a new owner.

You may choose to upgrade to a vip level market shop. (closer to warp)
For 5k per week or 20k per month.

Optional (pay 25k per month) 5k per month from your plot will be used to upgrade builders to mayors and get their own towns.
