Complaint: Advertising a 15 dollar donation feature so i paid him the 45k and he said he would give me the transaction ID. A few hours later he said he had bought it but couldnt send me the ID as he didnt know his parents email adress, When donations got proccesed he said it was his brothers account and he had no idea what was going on

Additional Information: Give him the opportunity to buy me the multihome donation feature or pay me the 45k.
