The town of Scarborough is a recently built town, but we are friendly to all ranks.
To do list:
Clear trees of Bucharest Hill
Clear trees of Pomerania Hill
Terraform the swamp
Build more plots and prebuilts
Finish the apartments
Set up an ecc hockey league team (I'm starting it up again)
First 4 people who buy perms get an automatic spot on our ecc hockey team, the Scarborough Lions.

Update: @steveshizzle is banned from the town.
Since I will be on soon and be able to do the apartments, the town should increase in size.

 

@Whammerist5, you are banned from the following:
The town of Scarborough.
Any future embassies of Scarborough.
Anything to do with the National Bank of Scarborough.
Basically anything to do with the town or anything state owned.

 

This town has been dormant for a while.
Please note the following:
We will be getting a NEW CASINO BUILDING! This casino will cost 20k to buy perms, and 50k to be able to sell perms to other people.
There will be a tramway between the town hall and the casino.
Watch this space!
