I. Description
Scoobietown is my first city, so would like to hear your feedback, we have an ever growing ( as my time allows ) pumpkin farm, ample food runs ( mostly wheat ).
We have many open plots from 10x10 to 30x30, let me know if you would like a plot. I am always looking for active members, I am pretty active myself trying to be on about 3-4 hours a day, but many times spend most of the day online ;)

II. Rules

1. Obey all server rules!
2. No griefing other members' or town property.
3. Respect all town members.
4. Only build within your plot.
5. No above ground farms without authorization from ScoobieBoy.
6. You will be kicked from the town if banned for hacking or scamming.
7. You will be kicked from the town without warning for a full week of inactivity. Comment on this thread if you're going on vacation or will be unable to reach your computer to avoid this.
8. Try to maintain the beauty of the town.
9. Please replant anything you use / break ( wheat / Trees / Stalks ).
10. I reserve the right to kick you if I feel you are not properly committed to the town.
11. The most important rule of course is to HAVE FUN :cool:

III. Benefits
If you have perms within the town, you qualify for all of the following:

• Town Portal ( 4th floor, outer ring )
• PVP Arena
• Free e-reps
• Free tp's
• Free anvil combo's ( you simply provide the exp and parts )
• Free water placement
• Free pyro placement
• Free extcreations+ ( signs, lifts, gates... )
• Free food...

Payable on 1st of the month.

• Nether wart 300$ / week (not sure if we will keep it)

VI. Complaints/Suggestions

I am always welcome to feedback about the town, please PM me or leave a comment in the thread if you have anything to bring to my attention. The continual support Scoobietown has received since it was released has been truly amazing, and I really couldn't ask for better. Donations are graciously accepted, and you'll receive a permanent appreciation from me and the town in general.

Thanks, we are growing, pres next then bigger and better.

 

Thanks to my original residents, we are growing nicely.
All the originals will retain access to the pumpkin farm, any new residents will need to pay the monthly fees.

 

Having finished the pumpkin farm now ( 150x50x5 ) we are moving to a weekly perms model, if demand is enough we will increase it.
Am also looking for feedback on folks looking for a nwart farm, nobody has asked so am not sure if that is worth it.
