I don't like seeing my town so empty, so, I thought I'd make it rather clear about what kind of plots I'm offering, how much they are, and just what my town has to offer those who can afford to live in it. We have many active, and prominent, town members, plus excellent builders and landscapers for our public park and art projects.

There are currently 4 20x20 plots, 5 20x20 pre-builds, 2 30x30 plots, 1 30x30 pre-build and 1 40x40 pre-build are available, and all are along the east and west sides of the town. A road links all of the plots with the town's fishing tables, and the acrobatics trainer (with heal sign). The town has a warp (/warp Domini) and has a portal room with not just a standard town portal, but, all of the exclusives as well. (Tutorial, PvP, Market, Mining, Nether, Aether.) Within KMax Tower there will be multiple floors of retail space where users will buy and sell to the residents of Domini (or anyone who happens to visit).

I accept Resident rank and greater as members of the town, though I will make exceptions for those with a good history on the server. I have put too much time and effort in to my town to accept within it someone who hasn't yet committed to ECC by buying their first rank. I also expect activity, at least on the server if not a presence within town. If offline 7 days without notice you will be evicted, and LWC'd out when I get around to it. I hate doing this, so please stay active.

Each 20x20 plot is $6000. Each 30x30 plot is $10000. Pre-builds are negotiable but never for less than the plot base price.

As the town is over ocean it is requested that there be no building down, but, if you have an idea or request and come to me first before you build down, I may make an exception. The same applies to building outside of plot boundaries. No dirt structures, no cobblestone. No farms. This place is for amazing homes, built for showing off wealth as we define it here on ECC, like a Gated community of sorts.
