The top voters on that site are always one vote ahead. I don't know why, but that is normal.

Vote 6 runs on a 23 hour timer, so if he votes at 12:00 in the morning he can vote at 11 the same day... I think.

Any one else having issues with vote 2 stating that they have already voted on their ip for that day, it has happened 3 days in a row for me and no one else is using my ip, and I am not getting the nstars? Kmax says the same has happened to her and she uses her own secured wifi.
