Title says it all. The day has finally come to sell the great historic town of Oasis, the 200x200 melon farm, and East Oasis. 2 of the towns are flat (Oasis is a desert with a cool man made river and bridges). There is currently a 200x200 melon farm packed full and another untouched town on the other side. The towns are mainly deserted, so there wont be any real issues for removals. If there is I will handle them myself. Also there is a portal where Oasis and the Farm connect. In all it is a great set up for someone who want to build an awesome nation or huge farm.
I am looking for offers no less then 400k (anything below that will be ignored) to start and im in no real hurry. It may seem expensive, but when you look at the overall cost of 3 towns, president rank, portal, and building a 200x200 melon farm, it really is a bargin. I reserve the right to deny any offers if I decide not to sell. Im just curious to see what is possible.
I am looking to begin a massive project in the near future and need the money.

I have a lot of work to do ahead of me, and will probably not have 400k for at least a month. However, if I am able to gather 400k before you sell these 3 towns, I would be seriously interested in buying them. And I made 180k (the money for president) in literally 72 hours (melon farming), so I promise this is a serious offer. I could gather 400k in 2 weeks time easily, but I will be on vacation most of the next month. However, like I said, if you haven't sold these 3 towns by the time I gather the money, I am definitely interested in buying. But, like you said, it IS a huge bargain. Lol 400k for 3 towns is definitely on the low end.
I'll post again once I'm halfway (200k) to update you on whether I'm still interested and to see if you're still selling :)
