Selling the entire farm, all users who currently have access will be removed, you'll have it to yourself, or if you choose to sell access to it, you will be given comayor so that you are able to do this. The farm is in Fortocelot, my town. There is one level below which is the autowheat farm, as well as an AFK system down there with it.
Price-wise I'm looking for around 100k, as many hours of work as gone into this, and at prices now for permanent access to farms, that amount should be easily obtainable. Price is negotiable. Please respond below this post or pm me in game for more information, a tour of the farm, and to buy it :3
