The town name is condos, I am the only owner and will transfer 100% to you. The town features are a 200x200x3 floating melon farm and a 100x200 pumpkin farm on top (Set up to be 200x200 but need to plant seeds), a 100x100 sugarcane farm, and a 100x100 auto-wheat farm! A few 10x10 and 10x20 prebuilts are set up, they can be removed if needed. The town is priced at a low 85k because I want it off my hands.
