    I am selling station 26. It is on the red side, on the left. The left adds more value, because it is closer to the portal and those shops get more business. I am not really looking to sell it unless the price I paid for it is met or exceeded. I 550k for this shop, so offer no less than that. It will be immediately turned down with NO REPLY.

    not yet but im certainly not going to offer 645k because that is very overpriced for a mid-floor shop. Also, why would you say the price you bought it for? and even go on to say that you wont accept any offers below that? Nobody is going to want to buy your shop, even if they had the money to waste on it. This is because they feel like they are helping you out even more if they buy it for more than you bought it. it was an irrational thing to do and is the likely cause of you not being able to find a buyer.

    Well I could do mine in 1.5 or less but just as a "make sure" And would go to 750k but its fine :D
