Sorry to mods if this is in wrong section, this is selling something so i put it in here, not aether discussion.
Note: This is NOT an auction, you can act like it is, but I may not accept the highest offer. I am hoping to get 40k+ as it is near spawn and you probably will never find a place this close to spawn for sale. Ever. The lowest I will take is 20k. I am trying to get 40k because if that happens I will get near 100k, which I have never had before.

Do whatever you want with it. WHATEVER. Just not a farm. They are illegal :p
