    I am selling a town house in LosCraftos. It has 2 floors, 2 cars (one inside, one outside) and a working garage door!
    I am expecting to be paid around 8k, but willing to negotiate.

    I have seen the price thing work both ways for a long time here. It really depends on many factors it seems. There are times that people don't make offers b/c they really just don't know where to start at. I have also seen it work better without a price as well.
