    RULES OF HOUSE: Any interior designing is allowed, locking doors is obviously not a problem at all.
    NO BREAKING OR CHANGING ANY PART OF THE HOUSE THAT IS ALREADY BUILT!! No underground basements, if you want one, please ask me and I will do so.

    Pre-furnished houses are worth a lot more and sell easier. This place looks nice on the outside but a big empty building plated in gold is still a big empty building.
