Mob spawners are useless unless they are under a town with mob spawning. Even then it would belong to the owner of the town. Since you are a resident i assume its in the wild or in another's town. You will have a difficult time selling this to anyone who has been on the server for a while. If you sell it to unfortunate builder then i guess its their loss. In anycase i think its important that people are made aware of stuff before they throw away money and are taken advantage of.
