So I realized that my town sucks and I want to make it better, So that why I am selling co-ownership to the town of Mapleville!!! What this involves: You have permission to sell plots and condos and keep all the profit from what you sell. You can also build anything you want within the region either for private use, or commercial use. I'm selling them for 40k so you will be able to make a profit very quickly. You can build your towns close to Mapleville if you want. I encourage you to improve the town as much as you can.
