I am currently selling the rights to one house, the size of the plot that the house occupies is a whooping 99 blocks by 79 blocks! This area is in the middle of the ocean and will not have a portal, being that I am only going to sell these plots to residents+. The price of the house wil be 78,000. Yes, that sounds a bit expensive I know. You must remember that I built this and it took me nearly 4 days to build. It is also on a plot size of 99X79, which equals out to be a little less than 10 dollars a square block. I also, in the end, tend to lose a little bit of money since I buy all of my materials from the spawn shop. I build these for the pure enjoyment of building them.
