IGN: Wynt3r Users Involved in this Contract: Settra23 Terms of the contract: The seller, @Wynt3r, shall furnish to the buyer, @Settra23, one (1) Magic Rod (#KHAR3AZE) for the sale price of 60,000,000 ECD which is to be repaid in 6 monthly installments of 10,000,000 ECD. Payments by @Settra23 shall be made to @Wynt3r via a Chest Shop located on Main North at <2307, 65, 17>. Payment schedule is as follows: All Payments are expected no later than 23:59 UTC on the day of payment request. Payment 1: 9 December, 2020 Payment 2: 9 January, 2021 Payment 3: 9 February, 2021 Payment 4: 9 March, 2021 Payment 5: 9 April, 2021 Payment 6: 9 May, 2021 In the event that the @Settra23 is late on payment, a late fee of 250,000 ECD shall be assessed for each week the payment is late. After two late payments, the contract can be voided. During the payment period, the Magic Rod (#KHAR3AZE) shall be 'owned' by the @Wynt3r until which time the payment plan has been fulfilled. Once the payment plan is fulfilled, @Wynt3r shall 'unown' the item, ending the contract. In the event the Magic Rod (#KHAR3AZE) becomes lost or stolen, @Settra23 is still expected to repay the agreed upon amount. I (the contract initiator) agree to the terms listed above: Yes
So a few things that need to be edited, - Time Frames (please specify each payment date of every month and what time these payments are due, ex. 7:00 PM EST) - All users need to be tagged. Instead of using terms such as "Buyer" and "Seller", tag the user (even if it's yourself) - Please include the item ID everytime the magic rod is mentioned - Also, the payment method needs to be stated. (Ex. @.Settra23 will /pay @.Wynt3r in game) After these edits are made, I will review the contract again!
