Avignon(town name): I really don't want to sell this, I've invested so much time/money into this, but I will hear offers. The town is 200x200, the main attraction being the large castle in it, which contains 350-400k in quartz, and hours upon hours of clearing and design. Would need a good offer, has 700k invested in it roughly alone.

This Home is worth 400k in just quartz. It features a massive upstairs portion that is empty and ready to be used as a huge shop or home. It also has a huge storage room. And a massive basement. The only downfall is it needs major roof work to be finished upstairs and minor touchups downstairs. If you have the time you could make a proffit by stripping the place of quartz and other ores. Have a look at the pics.
