    I am selling my town claim. I am asking for 85k upfront to get Mayor then I will apply with your specifications. Then I want 15k more after its all done. Lowered the price.

    Technically it's just a town, "town claim" usually means taking an inactive town from another user...

    Anyway, may be interested in doing this. But at the moment I only have $43k.

    Most people don't even do any extra money at all, I didn't have to, @ProfessorDoom i think you should charge at VERY most 100k in total, but that's like the limit, I wouldn't spend 170k for a town when I can get one from someone else for 85k

    Well it does say I am open to offers I built my offer according to couple other people who told me I could sell it at that amount. Thanks for the insight I will modify accordingly.
