1.2m total is my counter 3 weeks (600k down). Sorry! I still believe mswords are popular, I have 3 and they are rented often. Just not often enough to have 3 out at all times.
We both did high and low offers so how about meet around the middle at like 1,125,000 I can probs pay 600k upfront with 175k per week for 3 weeks.
As it stands, I have just purchased an EFF7 so no-longer can afford this offer. if you still have it in the near future I will reconsider making another offer. Thanks anyway
